Upon arriving at Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA), our tour guide will be waiting to greet you and escort you directly to your hotel. Take some time to relax and settle in after your journey.

Overnight: Tehran

Today, get ready to dive into the fascinating world of historical Iran. We'll start by visiting the National Archaeological Museum of Iran, where our knowledgeable guide will bring ancient Persia to life. After some time for your own discoveries in the museum, we'll move on to the magnificent Golestan Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a memorial to the historic citadel of Tehran. Once the residence of the Qajar dynasty, it is one of the most beautiful and oldest monuments in the capital of Iran, with its location in the garden or flower garden and long streets with plantain trees and cedar named Golestan. Later, we'll visit the bustling Tehran Grand Bazaar, the heart of the country's economy and a memorial from the Safavid, Zand, and Qajar era. In addition to its stunning architecture, the bazaar has a rich history and has played a vital role as a great and important social center.

Overnight: Tehran

Today, we'll continue our exploration of Tehran with a visit to Saad Abad Palace, where we'll immerse ourselves in the world of the Shahs. Next, we'll head to Tajrish Bazaar, where our knowledgeable guide will take us on a stroll through the market, allowing us to taste and smell delicious fruits and explore the local market. Afterward, we'll visit the Emam Zadeh Saleh Holy Shrine, located next to Tajrish Bazaar, and then take a leisurely walk toward Darband. In the afternoon, we'll proceed to the Tabiat Bridge and Haghani Park, where we can enjoy wonderful views of Tehran and its surrounding mountains and take a relaxing break in the city's green lung for an hour.

Overnight: Tehran

Today, we'll take a flight from Tehran to Kerman to continue our exploration of Iran. In Kerman, we'll embark on a city tour that includes a visit to the Ganjali Khan Complex, a beautiful historic site consisting of a school, a square, a caravanserai, a bathhouse, an Ab Anbar, a mint, a mosque, and a bazaar. Next, we'll visit the picturesque Fathabad Garden. In the evening, we'll travel to the small city of Mahan, where we'll spend the next two nights in a traditional hotel, experiencing the local culture and hospitality.

Overnight: Mahan

Today, we'll explore the beauty of Persian garden architecture with a visit to Shazdeh Garden, where we can enjoy the refreshing fountains and watercourses that make optimal use of the climatic conditions in the desert climate. Next, we'll visit the mausoleum of Shah Nematollah Vali, a famous Iranian Sufi master and poet. Afterward, we'll head south to Rayen and visit the impressive clay citadel, where our knowledgeable guide will explain the special desert architecture during a tour.

Overnight: Mahan

Today, we'll start early for an unforgettable trip to the edge of the Lut desert. After an approximately one-and-a-half-hour drive through the mountainous landscape east of Kerman, we'll reach the lower desert areas. Our destination is Shahdad, the last inhabited town on the edge of the desert. The Lut desert is a mesmerizing landscape, with kilometer-long rock formations known as Kaluts arranged in parallel lines. We'll stay in the small village of Gandom Beryan, located in the heart of the desert. Then, we'll embark on an amazing desert tour with an SUV car, where we'll witness one of the hottest spots in the world, the Shahdad Kaluts.

Overnight: Gandom Beryan

Today, we'll enjoy breakfast in the heart of the desert before bidding farewell to our gracious host and continuing our journey. As we hit the road toward Yazd, we'll make a stop at the Zein-o-din traditional caravanserai, where Silk Road traders once sought shelter and where we will spend an hour soaking in the rich history and culture of the area. Our next stop is the historic trading town of Yazd, where the founder of the religion Zarathustra established his faith hundreds of years before Christianity. Today, many adherents of this faith are still living in Yazd.

Overnight: Yazd

Today, we'll explore the fascinating city of Yazd, starting with a visit to the Tower of Silence, which was once used by the Zoroastrians for the burial of the dead. From the tower, we'll enjoy stunning views of the city's mud brick architecture. Next, we'll take a walk to visit the magnificent Zoroastrian fire temple and the impressive Dowlatabad garden with its iconic wind towers. At lunchtime, we'll have the option to try some of Yazd's famous cake specialties at a local bakery. For the best view of the old mud brick city, we'll head to the roof of Café Honar. In the afternoon, we'll explore the charming Fahadan district and visit the stunning Jame Mosque of Yazd.

Overnight: Yazd

Today, we'll embark on a memorable excursion to explore several small cities around Yazd. First, we'll head west to visit Kharanaq, a unique mud-brick village with a 4500-year-old history that attracts tourists from all over the world. In Kharanaq, we'll visit the castle and the famous Jame Mosque. Next, we'll visit the small village of Chak Chak. Afterward, we'll drive to Meybod to visit the Narin Castle and Pigeon Tower, both of which are impressive monuments that reflect the rich history and culture of the region.

Overnight: Yazd

Today, we'll bid farewell to Yazd and embark on a road trip to the next highlight of our journey through Iran. First, we'll make a short stop in Abarkuh to marvel at the ancient Cypress tree, a symbol of longevity and beauty that has survived for centuries. Next, we'll continue our journey towards Shiraz. Around noon, we'll reach Pasargadae, the capital of the Achaemenid Empire under Cyrus the Great and an important historical site. Later, we'll hit the road again until we reach Shiraz in the evening, the hometown of poets and Persian poetry.

Overnight: Shiraz 

Today, we'll explore the charming city of Shiraz mostly on foot. First, we'll visit the beautiful Nasir-al molk Mosque, also known as the "Pink Mosque," which is renowned for its stunning architecture and colorful stained glass windows. Next, we'll visit the Naranjestan garden and Qavam house, which are both impressive examples of Persian architecture and design. Then, we'll stroll through the bustling Vakil bazaar and Saraye Moshir, where we can browse a wide range of Persian carpets, spices, and gold jewelry. We'll also admire the Karim Khan Citadel from the outside and visit the Ali Ebn-e-Hamzah Shrine, which features a mesmerizing mirrored vault. In the afternoon, we'll follow in the footsteps of the local poet Hafiz in Hafeziye and take a leisurely walk through its beautiful garden. 

Overnight: Shiraz

Today, we'll embark on a memorable two-day excursion with Nomad tribes. We'll head towards Sepidan, enjoying the stunning scenery of oak and grape trees along the way. Around noon, we'll meet the Nomads and share a delicious lunch with them. Then, we'll have the opportunity to participate in their daily activities, such as sheepherding, farming, ranching, and handcraft production. We'll learn about the various products they produce, including rice, wheat, beans, apples, peaches, yogurt, butter, dough, and curd, as well as their handicrafts, such as carpet and rug weaving. We'll have plenty of time to enjoy the serene surroundings and take in the breathtaking views. At the end of the day, we'll rest and relax in our nomadic tents, immersing ourselves in the unique culture and traditions of the Nomad tribes.

Today, we'll head to the beautiful area of Tang-e Ganbil, located in the Zagros mountain range and known for its pleasant weather and stunning scenery. After traveling 95 km northwest of Shiraz, we'll reach the valley, which is surrounded by picturesque landscapes that include green fields, vast forests, and gardens. During spring and summer, the valley is particularly enchanting and creates a pleasant ambience for visitors. In Tang-e Ganbil, we'll see a waterfall, straits, caves, and plains, all at the same time, making it a truly unique and memorable experience. In the afternoon, we'll return to Shiraz and enjoy a relaxing evening in the city of roses.

Overnight: Shiraz

Today, we'll continue our exploration of the beautiful city of Shiraz, known for its stunning gardens and rich cultural heritage. We'll start our day by visiting the exquisite Eram Garden, one of the most beautiful and special gardens in Shiraz. Next, we'll visit the mausoleums of the famous Persian poet Saadi, where our guide will bring their poetry to life with a few verses. Afterward, we'll explore the Afifabad Garden, one of the oldest gardens in Shiraz, which dates back to the Safavid era and was one of the favorite leisure spots of Iranian kings. It is now one of the largest military museums in the Middle East. In the evening, we'll have the unique opportunity to spend time with a local Shirazi family and enjoy a traditional Persian family dinner, immersing ourselves in the local culture and hospitality.

Overnight: Shiraz

Today, we'll set out on a fascinating excursion to the ancient royal city of Persepolis. Here, we'll marvel at the awe-inspiring columns and reliefs that are over 2,500 years old, bearing witness to the power and wealth of the Achaemenid rulers. Our knowledgeable guide will take us to the Spring Palace and the Necropolis (Naqsh-e Rostam), where we can admire the impressive rock tombs of the Achaemenid kings. Later, we'll continue our journey towards Isfahan, one of the most beautiful and historic cities in Iran, renowned for its stunning architecture, rich cultural heritage, and warm hospitality.

Overnight: Isfahan 

Today, we'll begin our city tour of Isfahan, one of the most beautiful and historic cities in Iran. Our first stop is Nagsh-e Jahan Square, also known as Imam Square, the third largest square in the world and surrounded by impressive architecture on three sides. On the west side, we'll find the great Ali Qapu Palace, while on the opposite side, we'll be awed by the Shah Mosque and the stunning Sheik Lotfollah Mosque, both adorned with exquisite blue tiles. We'll visit the Sheik Lotfollah Mosque and then the Palace. Afterward, we'll have some free time to explore the bustling Qeysariye Bazaar and the grand Nagsh-e Jahan Square. If you like, you can have lunch in one of the many restaurants around the square. Later, we'll rejoin our guide and visit the unique Azadegan Teahouse, which features an unusual decoration resembling a real robber's cave.

Overnight: Isfahan

After breakfast, we'll continue our exploration of Isfahan by visiting the charming Armenian district called Jolfa. Here, we'll visit the beautiful Vank Cathedral with its stunning biblical murals. In the attached museum, we'll learn about the moving history of Armenia through a collection of exhibits, pictures, and documentaries. Next, we'll visit the Isfahan Music Museum, a fitting gateway to Iran's rich musical heritage. In the evening, we'll head to Zayandeh Rood (River) for a leisurely stroll along the Siosepol Bridge and the Khaju Bridge, both beautiful examples of Persian architecture. We'll then spread blankets on the shore and enjoy a picnic next to Iranian families, immersing ourselves in the local culture and hospitality.

Today, we'll continue our visit to Isfahan by exploring some of the city's most impressive landmarks. Our first stop is the magnificent Jame Mosque of Isfahan, a significant monument that showcases several phases of Islamic architectural development and is revered for its exquisite artistry and technical sophistication. Next, we'll visit the stunning Hasht Behesht historical edifice and the Chehel Sotun Palace, also known as the "Forty Pillar Palace." In the afternoon, you'll have some free time to explore the city at your leisure or indulge in some shopping.

Overnight: Isfahan

Today, we'll embark on a scenic road trip to Kashan, a charming oasis city known for its stunning architecture, rich cultural heritage, and vibrant bazaars. On the way, we'll pass through diverse landscapes, from the desert terrain to the foothills of the Zagros Mountains. After about an hour and a half, we'll arrive at the extraordinary village of Abyaneh, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and is renowned for its unique customs and traditions. Here, we'll take a leisurely walk through the mud structures that press against the rocks and marvel at the colorful dresses worn by the women, as well as the old dialect that has been preserved. We'll have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch on the panoramic terrace of the Hotel Viuna, overlooking the stunning landscape. In the evening, we'll arrive at our centrally located hotel in Kashan, where we'll spend the night.

Overnight: Kashan

Today, we'll continue our journey to the beautiful city of Kashan, which can be reached in under three hours. Our first stop is the impressive Tabatabai House, built by a carpet dealer in the 19th century and inhabited by the influential Tabatabai family. We'll then spend some time in the tranquil and shady grounds of the Fin Garden, a national cultural heritage site listed in the UNESCO world heritage sites, featuring flowering beds, fountains, bathhouses, and pavilions. Next, we'll visit the Aqabozorg Mosque and School, as well as the Kashan Traditional Bazaar, where we'll have a chance to experience the local culture and do some shopping. In the evening, we'll drive to Imam Khomeini International Airport, where you'll rest in the comfortable IBIS airport hotel and get ready to fly back home.

Overnight: Imam Khomeini Airport 

Last day in Iran, check out of the hotel and head toward the Airport for your flight back home.
