Shiraz walking tour is a great way to experience the city’s charm and immerse yourself in its rich culture. We will pick you up from your hotel at 9 am to start the tour. Our first destination will be the Nasir al-Mulk Mosque, also known as the Pink Mosque. You will be mesmerized by the kaleidoscope of colors created by the stained glass windows and the intricate tilework.
Next, we will explore the Qavam House, also known as Zinat ol Molk House. We will immerse ourselves in the rich history and architectural grandeur of this beautifully preserved mansion.
Continuing our journey, we will visit the Shah-e-Cheragh Shrine, a sacred mausoleum that houses the tombs of Shia Muslim leaders. We will be amazed by the stunning mirrorwork and intricate designs adorning the interior.
Afterward, we will wander through the vibrant Vakil Bazaar, where we can indulge in a shopping spree for traditional handicrafts, spices, and textiles. We will take a break for lunch at a traditional Persian-style restaurant located within the bazaar. Here, we will delight our taste buds with authentic Iranian cuisine and experience the flavors of the local cuisine.
Resuming our exploration, we will visit Saraye Moshir, a traditional caravanserai that showcases local crafts and goods. Next, we will head to the impressive Vakil Mosque, known for its exquisite tilework and grand architecture. We will take a moment to appreciate the serene atmosphere within the mosque's prayer hall.
Concluding our tour, we will visit the historic Vakil Bath, an ancient hammam that offers a glimpse into the bathing rituals of the past. In the afternoon we will be exploring the Arg-e Karimkhan, a citadel that once served as the residence of Karim Khan, the founder of the Zand Dynasty.
After visiting Arg-e Karimkhan, we will stop by one of the famous Persian ice cream shops to taste the delicious and unique flavors of Persian ice cream. It will be a delightful experience to savor this renowned treat.
At the end of the tour, we will drop you off at your hotel, ensuring a convenient and comfortable return to your accommodation.
